Very nice backpack. We had to send the first one back as it did not work. Received this one and thought this one did not work, but turns out it did not work with the apple charger. We got it to work with an android charger. I contacted the company via Amazon and they have been very receptive to my emails and

I have been told by the company that one batch of these backpacks did not work with apple chargers, however they have remedied this issue. This backpack is very nice, very well made and sturdy. My son plans on using it for school and sports trips and was pleased at how much room he had in it. Received the replacement backpack from the seller and it works great. Very nice!
