I just received this bag and started using it. I've finally found something for fly fishing that is capable of holding all of my heart, waterproof and doesn't hinder casting. This thing has twice the storage of previous shoulder slings that I've used. It is capable of holding larger fly boxes, so I can carry a lot of flies. There are
more compartments than I need and I carry a lot of stuff. It also has loops and clasps capable of putting my nips, floatant and tippet where I can reach it easily. The straps keep it secure, so I'm not constantly adjusting it. It is put together well for durability and should last a long time. Last year, I got everything in my shoulder slings wet and rusted most of my flies. With this waterproof bag, I don't have that worry. This bag is easily worth three times the price.

Nice compact bag for fishing.
The bag appears to be of good quality. The size is listed on the product page. It is a decent size and holds the necessary items for Steelhead bank fishing/drifting. Any larger would be defeating the purpose of having a nice, compact bag instead of using a full size back pack. I just had to prioritize the items to place in it, along with the quantities of those items. I would recommend this bag to anyone utilizing it for a one day outing. Just load it with the items you need for the specific trip. It’s not going to hold everything….including the kitchen sink. That is not it’s purpose.
The pictures posted by other customers are not the actual bag you are purchasing. There is no drawstring to draw closed on the large compartment on the bag. The pictures listed on the product description page are correct.
