Extremely Happy!
Bought this litter box when our old one decided it was done working. This is a super quiet litter box and has a large capacity waste container. I have 3 cats, and I can go 3-6 days depending on how often they need to use it. I do sometimes tap the waste container down some so I can go a few more days between changes so I am not going through bags like crazy. My biggest cat weighs around 20 pounds and he can fit in the litter box. I like the fact that on the app I can track which cat is using it but you have to know there weights. The two options for size of litter is a very nice feature so you can use small letters or clay litter depending on personal/cat preference. I haven’t installed the de-odorizer feature because I haven’t noticed the odor coming from it but I’m sure that’s a great added feature when needed. All in all worth the price to not have to scoop 2-3 litter boxes multiple times a day. It disassembles very easily for effective cleaning. I am so happy I did some research and went with this litter box for my cats.
Why didn't I buy this sooner!
I purchased this litter robot because I am SICK of cleaning out the cat box! The most horrible job I have all day long. Last litter I used, was damn clumping, that after one of the big boys (I have 4 cats) peed, you could mortar a brick wall with what was left over. I just went back to the original litter I used before. Anyway, since we've had this set up, I haven't had to clean the box ONCE!! The app tells you which cat was in there, how much they weigh, how long they were in there, and than after shoots me a message on my phone screen that the litter box has completed the clean after they left the box!! I know their every move! Also, I haven't given it much thought but there is A LOT less kitty litter tracked out of the box. I bought this letter robot when it had a $250.00 coupon at checkout. And the $250 coupon was the one reason why I went with this litter robot. People, they are expensive BUT they are so worth it. I thought I would have to purchase another litter robot, but this one, which is extra large, is plenty enough for 4 adult cats. AND I don't smell anything in my laundry room!! Best purchase I've made in years!
Great self cleaning litter box
This works great! I was worried about stuff sticking to the sides, so I set it to delay cleaning by 1 hour after the cat goes to let everything solidify. It also has a anti stick feature you can turn on to coat everything in litter before it does the full rotation and I have that turned on too. Very little sticks to the sides/grate at all and it works beautifully. The cat used it the first day, although he did choose the other litter box once he saw it flip around to clean. I took the other litter box away and he has been using this one since with no issues. No more scooping! A bit pricey but so far it has been worth it.
Must go on a hard surface. 10/10 recommend
My cat Peaches has NASTY poop stink, and because she likes to show my other cats she's the boss she doesn't cover her poop. This SOLVED that issue. I have it set up to clean after each use. I mistakenly put it on carpet, so it wasn't weighing or sensing when to clean very well. My bathroom isn't big enough for this monster, but a quick trip to home depot solved that problem. 2ft x 2ft MDF board under the box and all is well.

I LOVE this litter box! The convenience is next level. We have three cats, and while I do have to change out the bin bag more often (every 3 days or so) it is sooooo worth it to not have to scoop turds every day!! I use fresh step multi cat litter with it and I have experienced no lingering stench whatsoever. I do like the app also, although I wish it was a little easier to navigate. But still not a problem. I was weary to purchase because of the cost and because I’ve seen reviews about leaking. I’ve experienced no leaks, and I have multiple cats going in and out of this thing all day long. WORTH EVERY PENNY if you have the extra funds available. We waited and got an excellent cyber Monday price. 5 stars!!! ??
Well worth it!
After years of arguing and finger-pointing over whose turn it was to clean the cat boxes, I finally broke and bought one of these. After a week I bought a second. We have 5 cats and I was embarrassed by our home smelling like poopy cats and acrid pee. It took a few weeks for all of the cats to get used to them (tip: delay the cleaning cycle so as not to freak out your furry felines … although it is amusing to watch! ??). I’ve since bought one for my daughter and one for my mother. I’ve found that the Petkit set goes on sale periodically and have kept purchase prices under $400 by keeping an eye out and waiting for sales. Re-ordering the spray bottles has been less than $20 for 4 bottles and they work so, so well. The elimination of arguments over whose turn it is to scoop poop has been worth every penny for these — no one minds changing a small trash bag when they think of the alternative. Cheers to never scooping out a cat box again!
Excellent, life changing for cat owners
Have 7 pound and 14 pound cat. Empty it about every 4 or 5 days (It tells you when.) No smell in enclosed area. Excellent app. Tried other systems but thet often need special expensive litter or trays. I spend about $6 a month for litter (42 pounds of regular clumping litter at Costco is $12). $400 is a great price for this. Cat Genie and other dumping litter types probably work well but this one is hundreds of dollars less. Had this for 8 months.
