We ordered this unit specifically because it offers both cool and warm steam. I prefer warm steam. The unit was SUPER easy to use, quiet, and worked perfectly. I loved that I could set a desired humidity level and it would work automatically. The tank is an excellent size and will work all night (when using auto level that set to a % that won't use up all the water). We travel with it and the size is fine for road trips. I don't know about packing it for air travel, but the driest places we go we usually travel by car so I don't worry about air travel. Overall an EXCELLENT choice (and I have used many over the years).
Works great!
I love this humidifier for several reasons! The first is that it’s easy to fill! I have a different humidifier in our bedroom that I hate refilling because it’s such a pain. I’m definitely going to replace it with one of these. With this humidifier, just take the top lid off and fill. Or carry the tank with its attached handle to the sink. Super easy! Secondly, it’s very easy to clean! All parts are easily accessible to wash. And lastly, it does the job of adding moisture to our dry air and is very very quiet. We use it in our livingroom and kitchen area and despite being smaller than the last unit we had, it works great! I highly recommend!

Effective Humidifier
I purchased this humidifier because of the amount of water it could hold, the ease it mentions with setting it up and using it, and the potential for using the essential oil filter.
I'm glad I went with this for the tank size because, if I chose anything less, I'd have to refill it constantly. I like the ability to go a few days without needing to fill it if I'm using it constantly (I live in Southwest WY). I like being able to see how much humidity is in my room from its display and to adjust the settings on the mist as well as use the heat setting during winter.
I like how easy it was to set up and use, and I like being able to grab my pitcher and fill the humidifier right from the top without moving the base. It's convenient and effective.
I also have pets and it seems to have helped with their skin itchiness too from the dry weather, it's not easy to be knocked down, and the internal filter of the humidifier has kept up and isnt clogging whereas my cousin's humidifier (different brand) is constantly clogging in the filter from pet hair.
So far I do recommend as I havent had an issue with it yet.
Superior product at a competitive price
This humidifier has a range of useful features that are unavailable in humidifiers priced the same or above this one. We found it easy to use, quiet, and effective. Its steam output exceeded other humidifiers we have tried, yet it requires fewer refills than others. The ability to control multiple aspects of the output through its user-friendly push buttons was an unexpected bonus. Overall, this unit's operational excellence along with its simple user interface would make it ideal, but when you add in the fact that this humidifier costs the same as less capable units, it makes it an obvious choice.

This is an awesome humidifier. Love the black look, it fits in well & looks very sleek. It is very quiet & shuts off after the time I have set it for. It works well to help my congestion, I wake more refreshed and less congested. I was expecting something bigger but it is perfect to fit on my bedside table. The tank is great as I have had many that I have to fill after just a few days. This one holds enough for 60 hrs of run time which I love because I don't have to fill it as often. I don't use the oil diffuser as I am sensitive to smells so I can't rate that. All in all, I love this humidifier because it doesn't take a lot of time to fool with it. After Setup, Fill with water, Set timer & other controls & Turn on. When the tank water is empty ... Clean & repeat previous steps....How easy is that? I am thinking of ordering another to go in another room.
Perfectly Splendid
Quiet running humidifier, easy clean and refill. The misting produced on it's lowest setting is still enough to easily fill a room. Heating feature may be more of a warming feature, I wouldn't expect to have a steam room experience but during the winter it kept the room from lowering the temp and becoming overly cold. Only adjustment (which may be dependent on your water source) was that is was leaving a white dust on the humidier itself from use. The dual heads make the float the mist down on the unit so I stopped up on side of the heads output and it gave enough pressure to the other side so vent further into the room away from the unit. Would have been nicer to have that option built into the design but still works great.
