I love this mixer
Peanut butter cookies came out great, ginger tea cake came out great. I've been wanting a stand mixer for years. Kitchenaid was out of our price range, and I've read a lot of reviews stating their quality has gone down of late. When this went on sale, I jumped at the chance. Glowing reviews, a great sale price and Instant's quality made the choice easy! All metal construction, stainless steel mixing tools, the front port for additional attachments, huge 7.4 quart stainless steel mixing bowl and an easy to use digital control screen makes this a great kitchen addition. I have been very pleased with this mixer thus far and can't say enough about how much I have enjoyed using it. Highly recommended!!!!
So far so good!
Hey! So far so good! I hope it holds up in the long run, but so far I am enjoying it. Love that you can set its timer (& speed) and it will STOP mixing when time is up. Really can continue working on other things & not worry about it. Also will time by counting up if you want to establish a mixing duration on a new recipe, then you can set timer accordingly next time around. Seems to have great power. I have made a few batches of bread so far. No issues! Also have made cupcakes and icings so far.
Whipped cream cheese icing-- whipped up so nice! And perfectly. And the cupcake batter too. Its whipping ability was going to be a strong selling point for me for what I will mostly use it for. So I was so thrilled that it worked so nicely! It really was a treat- to whip up some cream and it goes so well. First time experience for me as I was wrestling with a hand mixer up to this point.
Always a little skeptical with fully digital things, so just hoping that holds up. Plus the longevity piece of it as I don't believe this has been on the market for super long. So we shall see. With the price point (on sale for $200) and for the features, ANd that it comes from a brand that has so much success with its "other item" :) I was willing to take a chance on it and give it a try.
I love this mixer
Our 15+ year old KitchenAid mixer died. I looked and the prices of the new ones were outrageous. During my search on Amazon, I noticed the Instant Pot Stand Mixer. Half the price. We already have two Instant Pots so I decided to give the stand mixer a try. I love it! Its lighter, better technology, and so easy to use.
Best purchase ever
I’m in love with my mixer! It works just as good as a kitchenaid and it’s so much cheaper! I love instant pot products so it was a no brainer when I was deciding between another kitchenaid and this. The color is gorgeous! It’s almost a pearl color. Super shiny and has a little shimmer to it. There are suction cups on the bottom that are super convenient when you’re mixing heavier ingredients. Love love love!
Great mixer for the price
I had my doubts about the power level of this mixer but it has done the job on anything I have tried so far. I have whipped cream. I have made bread, cookies, brownies, muffins, so far it has worked really well. I have had some mixers that were four times the price that were much more difficult to use. I’m very happy with this purchase. It is bigger than I thought it would be, so it sits on the counter. My husband says that’s probably best since I will use it more that way. … he’s right.
Wonderful stand mixer
This mixture is a hit in my house have definitely got some use out of the mixture I haven’t use the over head for any type of attachment such as the pasta maker or such. But have made three pavlova, two breads, tons of cookies and cupcakes. This definitely a great item.
Amazing for a starter
I love this mixer, when I tell you that I searched every single brand and read multiple reviews and this was the only one that really caught my eye. it's small but that perfect for a starter like me. I love everything it came with and it was on a great deal when I bought it.
