The dash cam arrived on time and was easy to setup and install. It worked great for several months before the microSD card had a problem. When I reached out to customer support they responded with a detailed email giving several options for what to try. I hate it when customer service is a bot and when you have to go back and forth with canned (unhelpful) suggestions and effects. The first option worked. The instructions were easy to follow and effective. The app that allows you to download videos is easy to navigate and easily downloads what you want. Overall, this is an excellent choice for a quality dash cam.

I have a venture camera in my other vehicle. And after reading the reviews on this camera, I decided to purchase it. I have to say everything about this camera is spot on. To include the packaging of the box that the camera came in. Very well thought out And protecting the cameras during shipment. Plenty of cord for the rear camera as well. I like the little extra cable sticker holders five that came in the box. Nice big clean picture front and back. For the money this is I believe a quality camera. I’ve only used it but a couple of days and it looks like it’s doing what it’s supposed to be doing. Good support via the web, and lots of paperwork in the box even for people who are technically challenged like myself.
Completely Satisfied
I absolutely recommend this dash cam. It works great. At first I thought something was wrong with it because it would reset every 60 seconds. I emailed the seller and back and forth several times over the course of a week trying to pinpoint the issue. Come to find out it was the memory in the memory card that came with the dash cam. I needed a memory card with more memory. I thanked them for being so kind and patient with my many questions. The customer service was great. They went above and beyond to help diagnose the issue. They even offered to ship me a new card that has more memory on it. Even though the issue was with me, not understanding and not with the device itself. I wish every company had this kind of customer care.
Lots of issues
Despite some issues with the WiFi, which I don't really need nor the Android App, overall it seems to be an excellent camera. I did buy it used, most likely a return due to the WiFi not working. Red Tiger was excellent customer service and quick to respond with trouble shooting tips. The representative worked with me daily and since I didn't return the item based on $50 off for used, she provided a separate parking module without charge for the camera. This allows it to work with the ignition in lieu of turning off and on manually. Rear camera is lower pixel rate than front, but both take excellent videos and audio during use. Swapping memory cards is easy. So far 32gb seems to hold about an hour from the front camera and two hours from the back. I'll try it with 1TB Micro SD card later or larger depending on the hardware limits for memory. So far, even in extreme cold, everything video/audio is working.
Great product, Great Customer Service!
Got this camera for my husband for Christmas. While he was installing it on his windshield, the mounting nut came off and rolled down his dash and disappeared forever. Totally his fault. I emailed the company and asked if we could buy just that part. They got back to me fairly quick and was very understanding. Since they can't sell just the mounting nut, they are sending us a whole new suction cup mount. Very nice of them. We bought a SD adapter so we can put the sd card into our computer and watch the videos. I am very impressed with the quality of the video. We have not installed the back camera yet since he has gate doors on his Tahoe. Overall, very impressed.
Easy to do, just add common sense.
As everyone said, it's easy to install. They give you a tool to help do the job. Just remember there are very small wires inside each cable and you need to use common sense and not brute force in positioning your cables. It took me approximately an hour to do the job. It took about 45 minutes to get the App and then adjust the cameras and test all of the functionality. I bought the polarizer filter, now I need one for the rear camera. I mounted my main unit just at a point that I could view its display from beneath my rear-view mirror. One thing I will need to double check is the USB output from its cigarette lighter power connection. I plugged in my iPhone and it wasn't charging properly. Other than that it is better than my expectations.

We purchased this camera. Which has been great. The quality is awesome. Reviewing the footage is easy
BUT let me just say, the customer service is 10/10! The rear camera went out. Started being blurry & the going black screen. I reached out to them. Absolutely great customer service! They helped with troubleshooting first. They sent a replacement out ASAP. Smooth replacement process ever!
I haven't installed the new rear camera yet. But I'm sure if I have any issues, they will help.
I wasn't mad & didn't want to leave a mean review because the camera went out. It's technology. It happens. It's how the company handles the process that makes a huge difference.
