I did a ton of research like everyone else. Price had me second guessing myself but I have NO regrets. This thing works amazing. My Oral hygiene is at an all time best. The Water Pressure is no joke. I have it set 6 and have not increased it in 3 months. The head does not rotate like some others but I can tell you that it vibrates enough for me to feel the stimulation in my gums so there you go. Bristles dont look like much but they seem to be holding up well. Sits on my counter nicely and not too big. Well built product for sure. I really like the all in one style. I am struggling to come up with a con but maybe the water cord that connects the wand gets tangled up a little so you have to guide it back into its cradle sometimes?? Who cares..
Great unit Amazing customer service
I purchased this December 2021. I love the job it does. The dentist compliments my teeth after each cleaning since I started using this. It really does work. Last week the floss function stopped. I tried everything. I tried to hard restart. I tried cleaning it. I tried plugging it in elsewhere. The toothbrush worked but the motor for the floss was not turning on. Reading that it had a 3 year warranty I contacted Waterpik. They had a list of things they needed. Invoice, pictures of the base, pictures of the toothbrush bottom. How was it plugged in. I answered all the questions. Today I am informed they will send me out a replacement unit. That's customer service. This isn't an inexpensive item. But a company offering 3 year warranty and then sending a replacement is great. Now I know it was a good investment. I highly recommend this item. It does a great job. But the customer service is why I highly recommend.

I received this for Christmas to replace the Sonic I was using that I can no longer get replacement heads for. I LOVE this Waterpic toothbrush. I love the option to use the waterpic while brushing. It was easy to set up and is easy to use. I love how clean it makes my mouth feel. I highly recommend this product.
My teeth have never been so clean!
Never used a waterpik before, but what a difference this makes! Sonic brush and waterpik combo works well but takes some getting used to. Vibrations are intense at first, but give it a few days, you'll get used to it. I string floss, then brush and floss (no toothpaste), then brush with toothpaste to polish, disinfect, whiten, etc in the morning and then brush floss (no toothpaste) followed by brushing with toothpaste at night. This routine works well for me and my teeth have literally never been so clean, I wish the water supply line from the unit to the flosser/brush was about a foot longer, but other than that, this combo unit is great.
Works very well
Our dentist suggested my husband get the Waterpik Fusion for better flossing. This machine works great. Be prepared though, when you use it, lean well over your sink and know that the water pressure is going to surprise you! I soaked myself, the counter and floor the 1st time I used it?? We both still use the dental floss conventional way of flossing too, but this is an added bonus for our teeth and healthier gums. My teeth are sensitive to cold, so I put hot water from the tap in the reservoir for my flossing. We love this product.
Brush and WaterPik All In One
You know how you never end up using your waterpik because it is a hassle? This electric toothbrush solves that problem because the brush has a hole in it for the water to come out. You can use the brush and waterpik separately or together. You will do a better job if you don't use them at the same time. First use the waterpik and then the brush.
You can detach the brush for traveling. The charge lasts almost a week. Of course you can't use the waterpik when traveling unless you take the whole brush setup.

I love that this product has both a tooth brush AND forced water through the same piece. Water pressure by itself cleans my gums but not my teeth. I don't have time to be switching heads back and forth. That's what sold me on this product. The on/off push buttons are separate for brush vibration and for water pressure but both can be used at the same time as well. They are located in a bad position and I am sometimes inadvertently pressing buttons while in use. Could just be user error.
