There's nothing I do not like about this generator! I am impressed with how easy it is to use. After watching some YouTube reviews I had to buy it. No gas smells,no exhaust fumes and plenty of power. The generator runs many different device's all at once as long as you keep the output wattage within the 2200 wattage range. Very nice machine and worth the expense.
Works well, easy setup and use, good support
I have a Jackery 300 so I as familiar with the company and design, and I was looking for generator for emergency backup for appliances such as refrigerator and freezer during blackouts. The Jackery 2000 pro is extremely easy to setup with the 2 solar panels. The SolarSaga 200W appear to work well, I am able to squeeze 170W if I adjust the angle. However, the 200W panels are a bit bulky and perhaps the 100W may be easier to setup (but I have no experience with the 100W panels). Solar panels fold up nicely for easy storage.
The flip down handle is a better design than previous versions, and the generator is not too heavy (I can carry the battery and the folded panels at the same time). I like the simplicity of the display. I don't have experience with other solar generators, but Jackery makes it super easy to setup and just works. I didn't want to spend a lot of time figuring out setup, complicated displays, battery makeup, etc.
Support was very responsive, one of the solar panels arrived with a crack. Jackery support responded within a day, provided label for return, and promptly sent out a replacement.
Quality is top notch
Easy set-up and works exactly as advertised. Great bargain, prompt delivery, and excellent customer service. Well-made unit provides quick solar recharge and clean, quiet RV power resource. Will buy again and highly recommend.
I love this product
This is the second jackery I own. The first one was a much smaller one. I used it for my cpap and to run a small fan when the power was out. It worked really well but I had no way to recharge it since I didn't own the solar panels. This one is much larger and will run the cpap and fan and the coffee maker which is really the most important thing. I am very pleased with this product and would definitely purchase again.

Works as intended
Could run a chap machine for 99 plus hours on a full charge. Charging cell phone, tablet, and running a cpap every night I only charge it once a week. If you charge with solar panels you will never have to charge it from the wall ever again
Great Quality Product
I have actually not used my Jackery Solar Generator 2000 Pro yet except to charge it through my electrical system here at home ... which was easy to do. The reason that I purchased this product is that my children and I have severe sleep apnea ... my son is so severely affected that he is now on a Trilogy Ventilator whenever he is sleeping or he might not wake up. I "invested" in the Jackery as an emergency back-up source of power for our electrical medical equipment. Having it in the house gives me peace of mind should an emergency arise. It is well built & of high quality materials. I am a 77 yrs old widow and strength is waning ... so I purchased a carry case to keep accessories together & a small platform on wheels so I don't have to lift it often ... just roll it from here to there. I know how to ask for help if it needs lifting!!! SMILE
