This saves me so much time
This replaced an older shark. It mapped 7 rooms in its first try and has successfully vacuumed and mopped each room perfectly each time it runs. Works great with alexa. Set up takes some time to switch from vacuum to mop. Mopping is decent if not have soiled. Avoids obstacles perfectly. Got stuck only once in 3 months. Send text for help if it gets lost or stuck.
Does a great job in multi-pet home
I got this product as an upgrade to my previous shark robot vac and it works great! I love that I don't have to empty the bin myself. It goes to the dock empties itself and then keeps cleaning. My floors are not covered in cat fur which is great! The mopping feature works well too. It does a nice job keeping the floors clean in between my weekly deep cleans. With the mapping tech, it doesn't crash into walls and furniture the way my older shark would. It also talks to say what's wrong. (I.e stuck, need more mopping liquid, low battery, etc)
BEST PURCHASE EVER
I cannot begin to say how much I love this product. My boyfriend and I would argue about cleaning constantly. Not only does this take away the need to vacuum multiple times a week (we have a dog that sheds) but also took away the mopping which is what I HATE. Also, has forced my boyfriend to actually pick up because he knows his stuff will get picked up by the vacuum if not. Overall, my home is soo much more clean/tidy. Highly recommended to make your life easier.

This thing actually keeps up with a parrot and two cats!!! I’ve been running it since around Black Friday. It is currently the middle of January. I have it programmed to run a routine once a day and love the impact it has had on our floors. I’ve got bad hips the last couple of years and simple things like sweeping are actually painful. So is running a vacuum. This thing has taken away so much hassle and anguish. Since my floors were disastrous, I did my best to get it head start with floors as clean as I could make them. Since then, it has not failed to maintain the entire lower level of my house. And if the performance keeps up, I am very much in favor of buying a second unit for upstairs.

How did I survive before this 2in1? I purchased a different brand and was so disappointed, sent it back and thought all robot mops would be the same! Nope! I was so happy with my Shark vac that I decided to go for it and life changing!!! It actually cleans the floor! I have LVP dark flooring with family boots and dogs so I was skeptical but…this monster leaves my floor clean, no streaking! So lovely to come home and have a clean floor! Highly recommend you try it if you are considering!
Man this thing really sucks!
I am constantly surprised at how much this thing picks up. We have 5 dogs and 3 cats that constantly shed. I have 3 uses a week scheduled and have to dump the bin once a week. Only thing I haven't liked is when you take the bin out it's easy to hit the clean out door switch and dup the contents right by the base unit. Guess I need to pay more attention when I'm emptying it. Getting it to map the house was simple. So much easier than having to drag out the upright at my age! Great product!
Works better than expected
After watching lots of videos of other products and videos of this product we felt this was the best 2in1 for our house. Super simple to use. We have a 4 level house so we only have it mapped on the floor we use it most. I can carry it to another level and push “clean” and it goes to work hitting all the edges of every room/hallway and even under the beds. You do have to pick up all toys or anything it can suck up and get stuck. When transferring from hard floors to carpet it will leave a pile of debris which is understandable. Overall very satisfied
